Pein's Magic

- Primary Magic -
Name: Lightning God Slayer
Type: Caster Lost Magic
Description: Lightning God Slayer Magic incorporates the element of lightning into the user's body, allowing them to produce black lightning from various parts of their body, which is mostly used for offensive purposes. Such distinctive "black lightning" possesses high voltage and great destructive power, and, much like that employed in standard Lightning Magic, can be generated in places away from the caster. The user is also granted the signature ability of the Slayer line to eat external sources of their element to heal themselves and regain power, thus making them have reduced damage to lightning; the Lightning God Slayer can even consume the lightning of the Lightning Dragon Slayer.
Through the use of Lightning God Slayer, the user can not only generate lightning from their body, but also make it appear from almost anywhere to strike their opponents, taking them by surprise. By generating electricity on different parts of their body, they are capable of making their attacks in melee deadlier, and of propelling themselves around to gain extra momentum. The bright light from the lightning can be also used to momentarily blind enemies. However, the spells of this magic can be redirected by metal objects acting as "lightning rods". In extreme cases, the user can utilize this lightning to restart the heart of a target, though in a weaker form.
The maximum power output of Lightning God Slayer Magic is around 1 million volts. The user, with this magic, is powerful enough to cause city-wide blackouts. Because of this enormous amount of power, the user constantly generates electrical fields that cause sensitive animals such as cats and dogs physical discomfort whenever they are near them. Also, because of this, the user can sense anything that approaches them when an object reflects the electromagnetic waves. The Lightning God Slayer Magic enables the user to turn their own body into lightning, in order to evade enemy attacks, move around at high speed and strike every opponent that crosses their path.
NOT USING 1 D-RANK, 2 C-RANK, and 2 B-RANK. WILL USE LATER.
Strengths:
- The user is able to control lightning. Their lightning is also stronger than normal lightning.
- The user can eat lightning, as a way to refuel themselves.
Weaknesses:
- Rock is still a powerful weakness. I.E. Earth Magic. It cannot conduct electricity, so lightning pretty much bounces off of it.
- Lightning Rods can absorb the techniques.
- There are many other things that can not conduct lightning, a few examples in plastic and cotton.
Passive Abilities:
- Pein releases an electrical field, that goes on for 15 yards. He can know when someone or something reflects off of the electromagnetic waves. This has a cooldown of 7 posts and a duration of 5 posts.
- Enhanced Endurance
- Resistance to lightning.

- Name: Lightning God's Fist
Rank: D-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The obligatory 'fist' attack of the Slayer line; though Lightning God Slayer has a unique (and powerful) variation. When utilizing this technique, the user gathers a large amount of lightning around one of their fists, bending their arm and then extending the fist forward in a punching motion. This prompts their magic seal to appear before them, from which an oversized version of their fist, completely composed of black lightning, is generated. It can be stopped by any spell higher than D-Rank. It cannot pierce rock, and it stopped by 1 D-Rank.
Strengths: Easy to cast, low cooldown.
Weaknesses: Is very weak

Name: Lightning God's Shadow
Rank: D-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The user can produce a large amount of intense light from their body, generating a "flashbang" out of lightning to momentarily blind opponents, granting the user the time to attack undisturbed; due to the brief moment which the opponent is disabled, blinded for 1 post. Range is 5 yards.
Strengths: Can temporally blind an opponent.
Weaknesses: Has no offensive capabilities.
Duration: 1 post

- Name: God of Lightning, 50 Volts
Rank: C-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The user can wave one hand, and a magic crest appears. 30, rose petal shaped lightning then fly at the opponent. All together, these rose petals do C-Rank damage. 15 of them do D-Rank damage. They can pierce Strong ranked shields, and up to 1 C-Rank spell. However, they can only pierce a C-Rank spell with all 30 of them.
Strengths: As a group, the petals are strong.
Weaknesses: Individually, the petals are weak.
Duration: 1 post

Name: Lightning God's Bellow
Rank: C-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The user extends both arms before themselves, their open palms facing, the fingers pointed towards the target. Sparks of black lightning are generated between their arms, growing larger and larger, and gradually extending to the surrounding area. With their arms completely clad in black lightning, the user fires a massive, concentrated beam of the aforementioned black lightning at their target. Unlike most bellow's Pein does not fire his from his mouth, but from his hand. It can pierce Strong ranked shields (C Ranked Shields.). It has a range of 10 yards.Strengths: It can deal C-Rank damage
Weaknesses: Does not pierce rock, and goes in a straight line.
Duration: 1 post

- Name: Lightning God's Lightning Bolt
Rank: B-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The user powers up their magical energy, in which they can strike an opponent with lightning, from the air. The lightning has a range of 50 yards from the sky. It deals B-Rank damage, and is shown to be able to shock an opponent.
Strengths: Can deal B-ranked damage to an opponent. Is casted from the sky, which can take an opponent by surprise.
Weaknesses: Cannot penetrate Legendary ranked shields. They are A-Rank, while the spell is B-Rank.
Duration: 1 post

- A Rank:
- Name: Lightning God's Force Field
Rank: A-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: This is a shield spell, that can be done without even moving. Silver magical energy swirls around Pein's hands. A orb surrounds him, that is made of pure lightning. Only hints of it are shown, as it is mostly transparent. It can block 3 B-Rank spells, or 5 C-Rank spells, or 7 D-Rank spells. It can take 1 A-Rank spell, and any other higher spell goes right through it. Rock spells however are different. It can only take 1 B-Rank rock spell, 2 C-Rank rock spells, or 3 D-Rank rock spells. Any higher spell rock spell goes right through it.
Strengths: The orb is a shield, and can block a good amount of spells.
Weaknesses: Rock spells are different, and tend to go right through it. Also, it has a high cooldown.
Duration: up to 3 posts.
Cooldown: 7 posts.
Name: Lightning God's Secret Technique; Bosanko
Rank: A-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: Raising his right hand forward, silver magical energy swirls around Pein's hand. Black lightning is seen surrounding it. A orb forms, about the size of a baseball. The orb is shot, at a speed that goes up to 100 mph. Why'll it is flying, it turns more into a disk. The disk can cut through most things, except for rock. It is like a Legendary Rank Blade. It can cut through 2 B-Rank spells, or 4 C-Rank spells, or 5 D-Rank spells. It can cut through one A-Rank spell. Any higher ranked spell will destroy it. Say, it comes in contact with a person. It will go into them like a chainsaw, and emit an electrical current, that shocks a person, paralyzing them for one post.
Strengths: It can paralyze and damage an opponent.
Weaknesses: The damage is nullified by rock spells, and also the electrical current has no effect on rock.
Duration: 1 post

- S Rank:
- Name: Lightning God's Secret Technique; God's Hammer
Rank: S-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: The user raises his hand into the sky, and silver energy swirls all around. The wind picks up, and it becomes more harsher. Thunder can be heard, and Pein begins a chant. The Lightning God himself swoops down from the sky, and slams his mighty hammer on an area, with a range of 10 yards. It fries anything in that range, and is a powerful technique.
Strengths: Very powerful, and it can paralyze an opponent for one post.
Weaknesses: Can be blocked by another S-Rank spell, and a 2 Legendary Ranked shields. Takes some time to summon a god, about 50 words.
Duration: 1 post, and paralyzation lasts for 1 post
Cooldown: 8 posts
Name: Lightning God's Secret Technique; 1 Million Volts
Rank: S-Rank
Element: Lightning
Description: Silver magical energy swirls around the user, and they slowly began to turn into a lightning bolt. The top speed they can go at is 100 mph, and can go a distance of 100 yards. While in this form, the user can penetrate and stab people, almost being able to go through them. Why'll in this form, they cannot attack using any other spells.
Strengths: Can be used as transportation, and causes A-Rank shock damage.
Weaknesses: The user is not able to use any other moves while in this form, and then cannot use lightning moves for 2 more posts.
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 8 posts
- X Rank:
- Name: Lightning Strike of Oración Seis
Rank: X
Element: Lightning
Description: To activate this spell, Pein must have at least 2 other members from Oración Seis . They all draw in energy, and lightning erupts from the ground, shocking and paralyzing all who they see as foes. Has a range of 100 yards. It causes X-Rank damage.
Strengths: Can damage and shock a foe for 2 posts
Weaknesses: Needs atleast 3 members to activate.
Duration: Shock/Paralyzation lasts for 2 posts.
Cooldown: Only can be used once a thread.
- Secondary Magic -
Name: Dark Écriture
Type: Caster Magic
Description: t is a form of Letter Magic that allows the caster to write runes, sometimes without a writing tool such as a pen or a quill,[1] for various types of effects. Essentially, the spells used for this Magic work only on what the caster writes with it; in other words, what they write goes as follows, making it a sort of "rule" in using Dark Écriture.
The properties of the magic is centered on the writing of the runes; however, if rewritten correctly, the effects will change. The runes can be written on an object, person, or even in midair for the effects to take place.
The runes can be written for different purposes, such as traps, and offensively can be cast upon an opponent to inflict either physical or mental injury. The caster can also conjure an element for usage of this Magic, like poison. Death is also a possible effect. However, simple usage of this Magic that is convenient for the user, such as teleportation or flight, can also be used. Another type of spell is actual transformation, in which the caster is able to transform themselves and be granted a different appearance, even strength.
Strengths: The user can do many things, by writing special runes.
Weaknesses: Very intelligent people can rewrite the runes. This will count more to rule spells, like blah blah in this are cannot blah blah.
- My Magic Skills -
Name: Teleport
Rank: C-Rank
Element:Dark Écriture
Description: The user seems to be able to teleport by turning themselves into many runes. These runes float in the air freely and go to the place where they unite to form the user's body again.
Strengths: Can teleport to anywhere they see.
Weaknesses: MUST be in the user's eyesight.
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 5 posts
Name: Deathly Runes
Rank: B-Rank
Element: Teleport
Description: By writing runes in thin air, the user can reflect an incoming projectile.
Strengths: It can only reflect anything lower than B-Rank. Also, it can only reflect 3 D-Rank spells, or 2 C-Rank spells, or 1 B-Rank spell.
Weaknesses: Anything higher than A-Rank cannot be reflected.

I will review your magic app (considering I saw nobody did already^^).
First of all this statement isn't entirely true: "thus making them immune to lightning".
Its true you can eat lightning, however that doesn't make you completely immune to the element, considering if you got attacked with lightning and you didn't eat (for whatever reason) you can still be damaged by it (probably reduced, but still)
- Your "passive abilities are either separate spells, are things that need to be added you strength tab, so: Electric field is a spell; increased endurance, I'm a bit confused on why you have that; resistance to lightning would fall onder the strength tab.
- I also think your weakness tab falls a bit short, since their are more things that don't conduct electricity, like: Cotton, plastic, pure water etc.
As for you spell:
- Lightning God's Shadow: can you please give a range till where the skill is yet effective
- God of Lightning, 50 Volts: I'm assuming the piercing of 2 C-rank spells only applies when all 30 petals go at the same time?
- Lightning God's Bellow: aforementioned? Also, just like the one before, what is "Strong Shields?" in terms of rank?
- Lightning God's Lightning Bolt: Is that how high the sky is? (srry for the weird question, but isn't it better to simply mention that it can reach the ground from the sky? Also I'd say a B-rank skill can only pierce up to A-ranks shield, max and not just legendary shields.
- Lightning God's Force Field: When you say: "go through", do you mean the shield breaks?
- Lightning God's Secret Technique; God's Hammer: Shouldn't a added weakness be that it takes some time to summon a GOD.
- Lightning God's Secret Technique; 1 Million Volts: I noticed you missed the rank and element here. Does the weakness also count for when you stop the spell before the 2 posts.
- Teleport should be at least rank C.
- Instant Teleport: I'm a little confused about this one. Do you mean you can keep teleporting in between spots instantly, providing you have new vision after a first teleportation. 3 times was max then right?

Only two things:
-Your passive force field needs duration and cooldown. Lower the range down to like 15 yards
-I would recommend 5 post duration and 7 post cooldown.
-Your last spell is a hint to powerful. Lower shock-damage to A-rank and duration to 1 post.
For your secondary:
-Raise cooldown of teleport to 5 posts. A teleport of C-rank is extremely powerful as you are not able to be attacked during the course of the teleportation.
-Your passive force field needs duration and cooldown. Lower the range down to like 15 yards
-I would recommend 5 post duration and 7 post cooldown.
-Your last spell is a hint to powerful. Lower shock-damage to A-rank and duration to 1 post.
For your secondary:
