White lotus magic

Name: White Lotus based of [High speed magic ]
Type: Speed/White energy
Description: White lotus is a technique in which one drives white energy into one's arms and legs. The energy itself can be controlled and fired at opponents from the body, is a type of caster Magic that allows the caster to move at extremely high speeds when the energy is flowing throw out the whole body. However, despite the Magic's speed-increasing properties, it apparently cannot defend against any magic used. When used in combat, White Lotus can be very efficient; the increase in speed makes it so that melee attacks that would normally be considered weak become very effective. The whole magic is built around the energy that flows in the body and were it in consented to throw out the body. The reason destiny gave this magic the name white lotus is because of how she is able to use it. She can make small burst of energy that take the form of white lotus when forced out of her body.
Strengths:
-Can move at the speed of 70% to 100% the max amount of speed
-Can move 42 MPs
-Faster Reflex
around there body
Weaknesses:
-When moving at a High speed Magic spells can cause more damage to Destiny if she does not move out of blast range

Element: Light
Description: Delusion is a spell that does what it is named, it creates a delusion an image of a spell that may have made contact with the user, giving the real appearance of a spell that hit. The way this spell works is that the user must be willing to take a hit from the blast but then move at the right second leaving a copy/illusion that will trick the target into believing they hit their target or mark. The user can then do an attack on the target with they think they have won.
Strengths:
-This spell lets the user trick there target so they can do a blow and hit their target
Weaknesses:
-The spell can only work on D rank wizards and maybe a few C rank wizards
Duration: 1 post ( can only be used when hit by a spell
Cooldown: 3 post
Name: White Kick
Rank: D
Element: White energy
Description: White kick is a spell that lets the user send there energy into there feet that can cause a powerful kick, the way this spell works is the user will us the energy that is in there legs to run up and get up on the target then kick sending the energy from there feet outwards and when the energy hits the target they will then be sent back a few feet.
Strengths:
-The user can cause a lot of damage due to the fact they are building the energy into there leg then kicking the target the fact that the energy is being built up causes the spell to have a crash effect when in contact with a target or anything the user kicks.
Weaknesses:
-Even when the energy is built up a target still have a chance to stop the spell if they are to use a C rank spell they can stop the kick.

Name: Close Combat

Description: Close combat is a spell that lets the user be able to get up in close quarters with a target and spar with them .The spell can let the user do massive amounts of hits or block hits from the target. The way this spell works is that the user energy will flow into both of there arms the energy will flow around the arms in a white aura.The white aura only enhances the users punch it's like wearing a battle gauntlet.The user can do 4 punches in about 2 post
Strengths:
-The user can spar in close combat with a few chances of taking hits but can give out a load of them
Weaknesses:
-Destiny will not be able to block all of the hits from making contact do to that fact that she is up close

Name: White laser

Description: White laser is a spell were user will build up energy into their right arm then point at there target,then the energy that was flowing in there arm is then released out of the finger and shot at the target.The laser is small but it is not used to attack a target but disburse a spell that could do massive damage will be cut in half the laser will only work on blast type moves and the user must fire the laser into the center of the blast.
Strengths:
-White laser can cut most D rank spells and can cut C rank spells by one third.
Weaknesses:
-This spell does not work on contact spells or any up close fighting spells

- Name: Lotus Jab
Rank: C
Element: White
Description: Lotus jab is a spell that requires a fast movement speed. Were the user hits a point that is located in the neck area the point they hit is a pressure point. The spell can also cause the target to go numb for 1 post or slow them down. The user must send their energy into their hand then get up on the target.This spell requires very precise movements and fast reactions ,this is one of destiny’s strong C rank spells.
Strengths:
-Can cause a target to go numb for 1 post
Weaknesses:
-The numb effect does not take place if a target is above C rank.
