In order to do a dice roll, you need do a "real" reply when posting. In order words, you need to press the stone "reply" button on the bottom of a topic. Then you can type in your post like normal and underneath the post there should be a small bar with dices. There you can select which dices you wanna throw (there are 3 now) and how many you want.

I'm not quite sure about exp. This forum doesn't seem to have that. (In case that it does and I missed it, you can probably obtain it by completing missions/jobs)
